Jon Green has more than 15 years of experience working with private clients, law firms, family offices, and financial service providers exploring residency and Citizenship by Investment solutions for their clients. Over the course of his career, he has developed an in-depth understanding of global mobility strategies, residency and citizenship acquisition processes, real estate procurement, and investment and developer relations.

As Managing Partner of Latitude North America, Jon oversees the firm’s North American operations and leads a multidisciplinary team advising clients on global residence and citizenship solutions. This includes Latitude’s Citizenship by Descent division, which assists individuals in reclaiming European and other ancestral citizenships through lineage-based eligibility.

Jon works closely with a large number of American clients and advisors, helping them navigate an increasingly complex global landscape. Through this work, he has developed a strong appreciation for the motivations that drive many U.S. families and entrepreneurs to consider international residence or citizenship options , whether for greater global mobility, long-term family planning, lifestyle diversification, or simply the reassurance of having a well-structured international “Plan B”. His approach is focused on understanding each client’s broader objectives and helping them evaluate solutions that align with their long-term personal and professional goals.

Before joining Latitude, Jon was a partner at a leading investment migration firm, where he focused on business development and sales management for the North American market. Earlier in his career, he worked in sales and marketing for high-end real estate developments and gained extensive experience promoting resort and lifestyle destinations, including ski, golf, and beach developments.

Throughout his career, Jon has been involved with projects across multiple regions, including Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Europe, providing him with a global perspective that informs his work with internationally minded clients.
