Ryan Darmanin

Ryan Darmanin is a senior executive with more than two decades of professional experience and is an industry leader in global residency and citizenship planning. 

As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and the continued elevation of professional standards across the organization.

Over the course of his career, Ryan has personally advised high-net-worth individuals with a collective net worth in the hundreds of billions. He is driven by a clear vision: connecting global wealth with opportunities that create lasting value for countries, residents, and citizens.

His work extends beyond application management. Ryan is known for developing structured, transparent, and client-centric frameworks that align investment migration with long-term national and economic priorities.

Prior to joining Latitude, Ryan held senior leadership roles at a global investment migration firm and later served on the board of directors of the company’s real estate arm. In this capacity, he played a key role in the implementation and execution of the Malta Individual Investor Program (MIIP). He also led the firm’s real estate division in Malta, overseeing property acquisition, management, and ancillary services supporting residence and citizenship planning.

Before entering the investment migration sector, Ryan spent seven years at HSBC focusing on customer experience excellence and employee engagement, following earlier experience within international hospitality groups. These foundations helped shape his leadership philosophy, combining operational precision with service excellence and a strong focus on people.

Today, Ryan’s work extends beyond operations. He is actively engaged in shaping forward-looking frameworks that position talent attraction and strategic investment as tools for national development. He believes that clarity of structure, integrity of process, and alignment of vision are what distinguish sustainable programs from purely transactional models.
